Surviving cancer: what happens next?
The end of treatment can be a vey mixed emotional time for a child or young person (CYP) and their families. There may be joy and relief at the end of harrowing treatments but the sense of loss of security from hospital, the impact of practicalities of normal life and the fear of return of disease are all very real.
